<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a heat quantity generated by a condenser and also enhance cooling capacity of an evaporator when air temperature in a treating tank becomes excessively high. <P>SOLUTION: Air-conditioned space 2 is disposed so as to form an air circulation path with the inside of the treating tank through an air intake port 11 and an air supply port 12 each of which is communicated with the inside of the treating tank 1, the air intake side in the air-conditioned space is arranged with the evaporator 31 constituting a refrigerating cycle 3, the air supply side in the air-conditioned space is arranged with a main condenser 33 of the refrigerating cycle, and also the out side of the air-conditioned space is arranged with a secondary condenser 34 connected to the main condenser in parallel by a divergence valve 36. Further, an additional refrigerating cycle 4 of a separate system properly cooling a coolant from the secondary condenser 34 to the evaporator 31 may be supplemented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
