发明名称 METHOD FOR BLENDING SULFATE-RESISTANT MORTAR-CONCRETE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve expansion characteristics, resistance of the surface, etc., to sulfate ions after hardening in use under environmental conditions having the sulfate ions at a high concentration by blending a mortar.concrete with a specific amount of a calcium sulfate compound. CONSTITUTION:Mortar.concrete is blended with a calcium sulfate compound (e.g., calcium sulfate anhydrous salt or calcium sulfate dihydrate) in an amount so as to enable consumption of an aluminate component contained in a binder thereof as calcium sulfoaluminate. Thereby, the calcium sulfate compound added in kneading before hardening the mortar.concrete is reacted with the aluminate component contained in cement, blast furnace slag, etc., which are the binder of the mortar.concrete to produce calcium sulfoaluminate hydrate. As a result, the mortar.concrete will not cause deteriorating phenomena even if sulfate ions penetrate after the hardening.
