PURPOSE:To securely braze a contact part of an uneven part upon heating in a furnace by forming a plurality of uneven parts on an aluminum plate material on which a brazing material is cladded, and providing a cutout part in one of the facing uneven parts and further joining wall surfaces of the facing uneven parts via the cutout part. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of recessed parts (uneven parts) 11 are formed in an aluminum-made plate material 10 on which a brazing material 15 is cladded, and brought into contact with each other and joined via the brazing material 15. Hereby, a refrigerant passage 16 is formed between the aluminum-made plate materials 10. A cutout part 12 is provided in one of the facing recessed parts 11, and flat parts (wall surfaces) 11A are brought into contact via the cutout part 12. Hereby, the flat part (wall surface) 11A is exposed through the cutout part provided in the other recessed part, and hence the brazing material 15 is protruded around the cutout part 12 when they are heated. |
