This method consists in inflating, as the machine moves forwards, a continuous inflatable tube (7) of lost material, in engaging the machine (2) on it for casting the concrete (4), the tube (7), the cross-section of which in the inflated state is the same as that of the pocket to be produced, thus constituting at least partially the inner permanent form of the pocket, and in removing the tube (7) after the concrete (4) has dried. The device comprises a sliding form machine (2) equipped with rollers (8) for unreeling and pinching the tube (7), a compressor (9) for its inflation, and a sleeve (10) assisting the tube (7) in its role as an inner form by acting as a temporary inner form, that is to say during the pre-drying of the concrete (4). <IMAGE>
