PURPOSE:To prepare an antioxidant compsn. excellent in antioxidant power inexpensively by a simple procedure by compounding a cultured product of a specified microorganism, a protein hydrolyzate, lecithin, an org. acid and a sugar or a polyhydric alcohol as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:An antioxidant compsn. is prepd. by compounding, as active ingredients, a cultured product of a microorganism belonging to the genus Aspergillus, Penicillium or Rhizopus, a hydrolyzate of a protein (e.g. soybean protein), lecithin, an org. acid (e.g. ascorbic acid) and a sugar (e.g. glucose) or a polyhydric alcohol (e.g. sorbitol). |
