<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize the load of a screw conveyor and to obtain a homogenous reclaimed material by feeding a material to be treated to a cyclone type separator and connecting the flow-down port of the cyclone type separator to the upper part of a distributing hopper and connecting the screw conveyor to the flow-down port of the distributing hopper. CONSTITUTION:The lower flow-down port of the first cyclone type separator 6 is connected to the upper left end of a tank 7 and a material to be treated is allowed to flow down to the tank 7 from the flow-down port. The second air feeder composed of a blower is connected to the feed-out end of a lateral feed screw conveyor 10 and the material to be treated is supplied to the second cyclone separator 12 by the second air feeder 11. A distributing hopper 13 is connected to the flow-down port 12a of the cyclone type separator 12 so that the axis thereof is made eccentric to that of the separator 12 and the supply port 17a of a screw conveyor 17 is opposed to the lower flow-down port of the distributing hopper 13. The screw conveyor 17 is extended to the right and integrally provided with a heating and melting device heating and melting the material to be treated at the right-hand part thereof.</p> |
