PURPOSE:To make it possible to freely open and close a double door in both right and left swinging directions by providing hinges having projecting lock bolts to both sides of up and down of the door body, and providing lock devices capable of fitting with and separating from the lock bolts with the opening and closing of the door. CONSTITUTION:L-shaped hinges 3 having projecting lock bolts 34 and 34 are provided to both sides of up and down of a door body 1. After that, lock devices 4 capable of fitting with and separating from the lock bolts 34 and 34 of the hinges 3 are fixed to the door side with the opening and closing operation of the door body 1. Then, the lock bolts 34 and 34 are loaded between the right and left lock devices 4, and the lock bolts 34 and 34 are so set that they are fitted to the insides of the lock devices 4 opposite to swinging directions of the door. When it is used, either a right or a left knob is pulled, a pivot of the opposite hinge 3 is thereby worked as a hinge, the lock bolts 34 and 34 are separated from the lock devices, and the lock is released to make it possible to open the door body 1. |
