A personal management booklet is provided which includes front and rear cover sections, one hinged relative to the other, each of the front and rear cover sections having an interior surface; at least one of the interior surfaces having an orderly array of spaces displayed thereon; and at least one pad of low tack adhesive sheets adhesively mounted on one of the interior surfaces of the front and rear cover sections to thereby enable the user to selectively apply individual note sheets to the interior surfaces of the booklet as desired.
