PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of oil and make the cylinder device compact by omitting pipes by arranging booster in series with a hydraulic cylinder, and connecting a plunger chamber with a cylinder chamber for elongation whose outer periphery is surrounded by a ring-shaped oil supply chamber. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic piston 34 is mounted in a cylinder barrel section 55 which constitutes a hydraulic cylinder 30 together with upper and lower blocks 53, 54. A cylinder chamber 35 for elongation is formed on the upper side of it. A cylinder barrel 55 is engaged and an oil supply tank 47 is supported and fixed to form an oil supply chamber 48. A plunger 70 of a booster 32 is supported oiltight on the upper block 53. The lower space of the oil supply chamber 48 and the upper space of a plunger chamber 39 are connected via a filter unit 80, an oil supply pipe 81, and oil supply hole 82, and a plunger pressure shut off valve 49. Consequently, it is possible to omit pipe for supplying and discharging pressure oil, prevent oil leakage, make the device compact, and reduce weight. |
