Two-layer stuffing element for cushion

The stuffing material is used for filling pillows and cushions. The individual stuffing elements may be spherical, oval or billet-shaped, or cubical. Each of the stuffing elements is made of a core (1) surrounded by an outer covering (2). The core may be a variety of shapes, including a sphere inside a cube, a triangular shape inside a sphere, a square inside a billet etc. The core may be made of wood, bamboo, ceramics, metal, rubber or plastics together or in combination. The outer layer may be made of one of these materials, but may be different from the core. The outer layer may be softer than the core, e.g. made of expanded polystyrene.
