PURPOSE:To form a rotor having large wear resistance by coating a metallic material on the shaft of a plastic gear and toothed part. CONSTITUTION:A plastic rotor gear 2 secured with a rotor magnet 1 is formed by an insert molding method. Metallic material 7 is coated by a deposition method, an ion implantation method, sputtering method and the like on the shaft 4 and teethed part 5 necessary for wear resistance of the gear 2. Thus, the lifetime of the rotor gear can be largely prolonged. |
