PURPOSE:To illuminate the whole trunk room effectively even with the fully loaded state of the trunk room by forming a light radiating cutout part at the part, corresponding to at least one of a luggage room and a license plate, of a body side part corresponding to a light penetrating part. CONSTITUTION:When a trunk lid 1 is closed in the 'on' state of a light switch, a high mount stop lamp body 3 emits light backward, and simultaneously light is radiated to a trunk room 8 serving as a luggage room from a transparent member 5, fitted to a housing 4, through the hollow part of a fitting foot part 6 and the cutout part 7 of the trunk lid 1. When the trunk lid 1 is opened, the whole trunk room 8 is illuminated from above. Since the trunk room 8 is thus illuminated from above, light is prevented from being intercepted even with the fully loaded state of the trunk room 8. Luggage loading/unloading can be therefore made easy. |
