PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion strength of an insulator of a core and a metal tape by using a guide pipe having a larger inner diameter than a theoretical diameter after tape-winding which is a sum of a core diameter and the thickness of the metal tape as a guide pipe. CONSTITUTION:A metal tape 3a is fixed on a core 6 of a center conductor coated with an insulator such as teflon, PE, etc., and while proper tensile force is applied to the metal tape 3a, a guide pipe 10 together with the core 6 is rotated at a constant speed on the core 6, and at the same time a cable 8 having the metal tape 3a wound on is drawn from the guide pipe 10 at a constant speed, so that the metal tape 3a is wound on the core 6 at constant pitch and with high adhesion strength. The inner diameter of the guide pipe is made larger than a theoretical diameter in the completion of the metal tape winding by 0-50mum. |
