PURPOSE:To obtain the title pack readily providing soup, thickly having flavor of soy sauce and flavor of natural stock such as dried bonito, by putting natural stock and powdered soy sauce in a water permeable bag and sealing the bag in an airtight outer packing. CONSTITUTION:Given amounts of natural stock (preferably flakes of dried bonito) and powdered soy sauce are put in a water permeable bag such as porous membrane having filtering properties and water resistance made of cellulose pulp and the bag is sealed in an airtight outer packing to give the objective pack. |
