<p>PURPOSE:To easily manufacture of connection terminals of electronic components at high material production yield by fixing a hoop-like conductive metal in an electronic part to be mounted while keeping them in prescribed facing positions each other and modifying the shape of them into a prescribed state. CONSTITUTION:Connection terminals 2, 3 with a constant pitch P are formed in an electronic part 6 and these connection terminals 2, 3 are stuck to a radial taping tape 4. A hoop conductive metal 5 with a size R smaller than a size P and chuck planes 10, 11 of a radial taping automatic mounting apparatus of the electronic part 6 are fixed at the position where the chuck plates cross at within 90 degree against the longitudinal center line of the hoop conductive metal 5 by molding. After that, the hoop conductive metal 5 is cut, bent, and twisted to be formed into connection terminals 2, 3 with a pitch P. Consequently, a material with narrow width can be used and, moreover, bending and twisting processes become easy.</p> |
