<p>A device for delivering accurately a viscous liquid such as an electrically conductive adhesive or creamy solder in a predetermined quantity at a time. In order to detect correctly a quantity of the liquid remaining in a syringe and any change in the internal pressure of the syringe, to assure the constant delivery accordingly and to prevent dripping of the liquid, a first pressure sensor is disposed in a pipeline between a solenoid change-over valve for delivery and the syringe, and a second pressure sensor and an accumulator are disposed in a pipeline between the solenoid change-over valve for delivery and an air supply source, so as to control the output time of a shift signal on the basis of a change in the integration value of a measurement pressure at the first pressure sensor within a predetermined shift signal output time.</p> |
