<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the use of a rotational-speed controlling system to achieve reduction in the facilities cost by controlling the pitch angle of a vane so as not to exceed a rated load in the vane-wheel power generation facilities of DC link type. CONSTITUTION:A vane pitch angle signal (b) from a vane pitch angle detector is supplied to a vane pitch angle correction signal function calculator 1 to calculate a vane pitch angle signal correction signal (c). This correction signal (c) and a power generator output signal (a) issued from a power generator output detector are supplied to a signal adder 2 to calculate a wind velocity signal (d). Further, the wind velocity signal (d) thus calculated is supplied to a pitch angle instruction signal function calculator 3 where a pitch angle instruction signal (e) is calculated, the signal (e) being supplied to a signal selector 4. Then, either one of the pitch angle instruction signal (e) and a pitch angle instruction signal (f) at the time of start or stop is selected and outputted to a vane pitch angle cylinder 5, whereby control is made of the vane pitch angle so as not to exceed a rated level of load.</p> |
