The circuit contains a supply stage (UE,R7,T5), a stage (T1,T2',R1,R2,R3) which produces an electrical parameter with a positive temp. coefficient and a connected input of a regulation for negative coupling of the operating point setting whose output is connected to the circuit's output ports. The positive temp, coefficient stage and a network (R4,R5,R6,75) are connected in series between the output ports. The network contains passive and/or active elements, e.g it can be a resistor, a diode, or an ohmic potential divider (R5,R6) in parallel with the output circuit of a transistor (T4) controlled by the divider tapping.
