The front attachment for forklift truck, has two guide rails sets, one (11,12) for fork lateral displacement, and a record vertical one (31,32) for displaceable load holding. The load is held on the fork by an upper panel, which also slides on the vertical guide rails. - The load is restrained in the lateral direction by panels (41), which are attached to the guide rails which slide in the horizontal guide rails. The guide surfaces of the horizontal guide rails lie in the same plane as the surfaces of the vertical guide rails.
