The invention relates to a gear-box, the case 1 of which has a venting device 15, the shifting shaft 10 being passed out of the gear-box case 1 at one of the four sides in a bearing tube 24. In order to make possible the arrangement of the venting device 15 and, if required, shift sensors 16 while preventing the leakage of oil and permitting a flat cab floor, a chamber 29 is, according to the invention, formed in the bearing tube 24 and connected to the interior of the gear-box case 1 via an opening 30. In the region of the chamber 29, the bearing tube 24 has a hole 13 for accommodating the venting device 15. The hole 13, 14 can penetrate the bearing tube 24 completely and thus permits the fitting of a sensor 16 on the other side of the chamber 29. <IMAGE> |
