PURPOSE:To pickup a stereoscopic picture by using only one set of a camera, and to reduce cost by picking up the picture of a background picture by using one camera, and making a two-dimensional picture obtained as the result and the picture obtained by delaying the two-dimensional picture the background pictures of a chroma key by making them a left and a right pictures. CONSTITUTION:A distant view picture 17 is picked up by the camera 1 fitted to a airplane 15, and is recorded by a VTR 2, and after recording, the repro duced signal of the distant view picture 16 from the VTR 20 is inputted as a left background signal directly to a chroma keyer 4 for the left. Besides, the reproduced signal from the VTR 20 is inputted as a right background signal delayed properly by a delay element to the chroma keyer 5 for the right. On the other hand, the left and the right stereoscopic picture signals 10, 11 of a close-range view are obtained by a right and a left foreground cameras 6, 7 for obtaining a foreground signal, and are inputted to the chroma keyer 5 for the right and the chromakeyer 4 for the left respectively, and the right and the left signals 12, 13 of the stereoscopic picture are obtained. Thus, the stereoscopic picture can be synthesized inexpensively through simple configura tion. |
