摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain strawberry milk, excellent in long-period preservation quality and useful in the field of foods by mixing strawberries with sugar and further cow's milk therewith, subjecting the resultant mixture to hermetic sealing treatment such as bottling, then high-temperature short-time sterilization, etc., and further hermetic sealing treatment. CONSTITUTION:With 100 pts.wt. strawberries, is mixed preferably 25-35 pts.wt. sugar. The resultant mixture is converted into a paste by mixing and the obtained paste is then mixed with cow's milk in an adequate amount, preferably about 50 pts. based on 100 pts. strawberries to provide strawberry milk, which is then bottled, canned or subjected to hermetic sealing treatment such as retort packing, then high-temperature short-time sterilization, e.g. at 130-150 deg.C for about 2-5 sec or ultrahigh-pressure sterilization under 3000-5000 atom/cm<2> and further subjected to hermetic sealing treatment such as bottling to afford the objective milk.
