<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to uniformly paste film to base by a method wherein each of pressure rollers consists of an electromagnetic induction heat generating roller and, at the same time, its surface consists of specified rubber material. CONSTITUTION:An upper and a lower pressure rollers, each of which consists of an electromagnetic induction heat generating roller 21 having a jacket chamber, are brought close to the tip of base 22 so as o urge the tips of temporarily fixed films 1B against the upper and lower sides of the base 22 from above the films 1B. The surfaces of the upper and lower pressure rollers 21 are kept at 100 deg.C, for example, by means of temperature detectors, which are brought into contact with the surfaces of the rollers 21, and a temperature controller, which controls the voltages fed to coils 72 by phase controlling system upon receipt of signals sent from the temperature detectors. Under the condition that the non-pasting side of each film 1B just before its pasting to the base 22 is heated by the surface of said roller, the pasting side of the film is pasted to the base 22 during the transferring of the base 22. In addition, the surface of the pressure roller 21 consists of rubber material having the thickness of 1.5 - 3 mm.</p> |
