PURPOSE:To obtain the subject drink easy to drink having health effect such as vasodilation, increasing of blood flow and prevention of senescence of vascular system with excellent preservability and safety containing ginkgo leaf extract, sugar and sugaralcohol with a specific range of total concentration of soluble solid component. CONSTITUTION:The aimed drink contains ginkgo extract obtained by extraction of ginkgo leaf with water-containing lower alcohol, etc., sugar (e.g. grape sugar, fruit sugar or cane sugar) and sugaralcohol (e.g. sorbitol or maltitol) and has Brix20-32 total concentration of soluble solid component. Besides, total. amount of hardly digestible substance in the sugar and sugaralcohol is preferably <=50wt.% of total soluble solid component. |
