PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of filming and to obtain a high electrostatic chargeability and an improved pressure fixing property by using a compound having a hydroxyl group and an amide group in a specific molecule as a binder compound used for a core material, and using a polymerizable polymeric monomer composition as a shell material. CONSTITUTION:As the binder compound used for the core material, the compound having at least >=1 hydroxyl group and amide group respectively in the molecule expressed by formula 1, is used and the polymer of the polymerizable polymeric monomer composition is used as the shell material. The core material and the above-mentioned shell material are stirred and mixed with a high speed, the shell material being stuck to the core material electrostatically (an ordered mixture), and by applying such the impact force that the ordered mixture is made into collision with a plate at a high speed, the collision energy makes the shell material fused to form an encapsulated toner. Hence the occurrence of filming is reduced and the toner having high electrostatic chargeability and the improved pressure fixing property is obtained. |
