PURPOSE:To pull out a seat belt to a position where the belt is easy to catch by mounting a rise and fall arm to a containing position for the seat belt, falling the arm toward the front side of a seat through an operation mechanism, and utilizing current movement of the tip part of the arm. CONSTITUTION:In riding on a car, an arm 10 is kept in rising orientation, and an operation knob 24 is disposed in a lower position being at the right of a seat part S1. When a driver seats, the operation knob is located in a range where a right hand is stretched out in a very natural posture. By pulling the operation knob 24, the arm 10 falls forward centering around a center pin 14a through a wire 23. As a result, the middle part of a seat belt B is pulled out to a front by means of a tip part 11 of the arm. A driver very easily grasps a tang plate B3 and looses a hold of the operation knob 24 in a right hand and inserts the tang plate B3 into a lock buckle B6. When the arm 10 falls forward, since a tension spring attached as an energizing member 15 is stretched, the arm 10 is restored to original rise orientation through release of the operation knob 24. |
