<p>The invention provides a DNA encoding a gene which controls the sex of the embryos of eutherian (Placental) mammals. Nucleic acid fragments, proteins, polypeptides, antibodies and related products and their use in medicine and agriculture are provided. The invention may be used in diagnosis or for controlling the sex of the progeny of commercially important animals.</p> |
