A METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING DATA IN WIRELESS AV SYSTEM

A method for transmitting data in a wireless AV system is provided to promptly and automatically convert the current channel into the other transmission channel having highest quality if a data transfer rate of the current transmission channel is decreased, thereby stably maintaining a data transfer rate. A method for transmitting data in a wireless AV(Audio/Video) system comprises the following steps. A wireless AV transmitting device searches channels capable of communication with a wireless AV receiving device, lists the searched channels in a quality order, and then set a channel having highest quality(S100). Whether to update the channel list is determined as waiting a wireless connection request from the wireless AV receiving device, and the channel list is updated at certain time intervals while the wireless AV transmitting device waits without wireless connection(S200).
