A casing clamp and a stabilizer of an rcd multi operation system for construction of inserting an in-concrete pile with a variable section are provided to continuously operate the digging by allowing stabilizer to adjust the size according to the inner diameter of a dug hole and a bore of the casing. A casing clamp and a stabilizer of an RCD(Reverse Circulation Drill) multi operation system for construction of inserting an in-concrete pile with a variable section comprises a drill pipe(210) provided with a flange(250) with a bolt combining hole(251) on upper and lower surfaces; upper and lower reinforcing plates(220) formed at a middle part of the drill pipe, and provided with plural ribs(221) on the upper and lower surfaces; plural supporters(230) radially formed between the upper and lower reinforcing plates; a variable slide unit(240) mounted at an end of the supporter; and a reinforcing bar(260) respectively mounted between supporters.
