CONSTITUTION:A steering angle theta and the steering angle speed delta' from a steering sensor 30, lateral acceleration G1, G2 from a front and a rear lateral acceleration sensors 34A, 34B and longitudinal acceleration Gx from a longitudinal acceleration sensor 36 are inputted into a controller 48. The yaw angle acceleration computing part 48a of the controller 48 computes the yaw angle acceleration gamma' from the lateral acceleration G1, G2 detected by the front and rear lateral acceleration sensors 34A, 34B, and a judging part 48b judges the generation of a spin on the basis of the yaw angle acceleration gamma' and steering angle speed delta'. When a spin is generated, an output part 48c controls hydraulic multiple disc clutches 11, 13 through a pressure control valve 56 to perform change-over to a front wheel drive mode or control front-rear wheel driving force distribution. With this constitution, the generation of a spin can be prevented positively.</p>
