<p>PURPOSE:To dehumidify the inside of a room at extremely low cost using solar energy by sucking the humid air in the room to pass through the dehumidifying material in a dehumidifier and circulating the heat collecting medium in a solar heat collecting unit to dry the dehumidifying material. CONSTITUTION:In order to dehumidify a room 4 by this dehumidifying apparatus, the humid air in the room 4 is sucked and circulated through the dehumidifier 1 by driving a suction fan 2. Thus, the humid air is dehumidified by the moisture absorbing material 1a in the dehumidifier 1, and the dried air is returned to the room and the air in the room is dehumidified. When the moisture absorbing force of the dehumidifying material 1a is lowered by the operation of dehumidifier 1, the hot water in a hot water tank 10 is sent to the dehumidifier by a pump 7 to heat and dry the wetted moisture absorbing material 1a, and the moisture absorbing force is restored. The hot water to heat and restore the moisture absorbing material 1a is produced by using a part of energy of the heat collector 11 of a solar heat collecting unit provided together with the dehumidifier 1.</p> |
