PURPOSE:To obtain healthy drink effectively utilizing useful component of Japanese radish without bad influence from additives to table salt or sugars at a low preparing cost by adding squeezed solution extracted from underground part of Japanese radish to water. CONSTITUTION:Water such as natural water is preferably boiled in a cast iron vessel to increase mineral such as iron component. A squeezed solution extracted from underground part of Japanese radish is added to the water preferably in a ratio of 1:2 to afford the aimed drink. |
