PURPOSE:To enable the efficient and accurate cutting of beam curd even by an ordinary worker without breaking its shape by cutting the pressed bean cured fixed into an accommodating frame in the water longitudinally and laterally by cutting edges. CONSTITUTION:Pressed bean curd T is accommodated and fixed into an accommodating frame 17 in the water. Cutting edges 46 provided parallel by the required number are moved horizontally in the longitudinal and lateral directions to cut this pressed bean curd T. A bean curd product of required shape can be thus obtained. |
