A portable, compact, battery-operated light apparatus (12) for use with a compact computer game (14) having an LCD video screen (16) for enhancing the visibility of the the LCD screen in use, which light apparatus comprises a body (24) with a battery compartment (26) and having side panels (42, 44, 50) which define an open viewing space (40) and lights (52) provided in the body element to provide for indirect lighting of the viewing space, the light apparatus comprising a portable, compact, battery-powered light apparatus and which includes ridges (68, 70) on the light apparatus (12) which snap in a releasable manner onto the grooves (20, 22) in a compact computer game video system (14) to releasably secure the light apparatus (12) in position over the LCD video screen (16) of the compact game system. |
