PURPOSE:To obtain a deodorant which effectively deodorizes mixed odors and is harmless by depositing a complex org. acid obtained from fermented polysaccharide of natural plant tissues treated by a biophysical method on the inside area of a polymer gel. CONSTITUTION:Fermented polysaccharide such as pectic substances, pentosan, etc., of natural plant tissues such as swamp plants or agricultural products is treated by biophysical method and then extracted and purified. The obtd. deodorant-effective component comprising various kinds of amino acids, nicotine and org. acid such as vitamin B groups is made to deposit in a polymer gel or on the surface or inside of porous material such as zeolite, ceramics, etc. Thereby, the obtd. deodorant effectively deodorizes mixed odors and is harmless. |
