摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent a control constant from being left nonvaried and to perform operation freed from a feeling of physical disorder by setting a constantly optimum control constant by providing a setting means to set a control constant based on a detecting result from a running state detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A running state detecting means 14 comprises a steering angle 3, a high-pass filter 11, and an integrating means 12. The high-pass filter 11 inputs a detecting signal responding to a detecting signal from a steering angle sensor 3 proportioning the steering angle of a steering handle, i.e. the steering angle of a front wheel, and passes only a high frequency component contained in the detecting signal. The integrating means 12 is executed according to a program, integrates an amount of a frequency component passing the high-pass filter 11, and an integrating time is set by means of a timer 12a. A setting means 13 executed according to a program inputs the integrating value of the integrating means 12 as a detecting result from the running state detecting means 14, and sets a control constant based on the integrating value thereof.</p>
