<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to set voluntarily colors of the instep cover and the sole surface, expanding magnification and material quality to make shoes with multi- color and to improve the performance by molding the instep cover and the first layer of the outsole and then by forming the second layer of the outsole. CONSTITUTION:In the first stage, an instep material 2 is hanged on the last 5 to be held at a corresponding position of the female mold 6. On the female mold 6a a cavity 7 mating to the external configuration surface of the instep part of shoes, a split 8 for the instep cover resin layer 3 between the first female mold 6 and the covering material and a split of several millimeters 10 between the insole 9 and the female mold 6b are provided. Between the slit 8 and the slit 10 resin like styrene foam resin is charged. In the second stage resin in this state is held in the second female mold 11. In the female mold 11b, a cavity 12 that agrees with the outsole of the completed mold is provided on the female mold 11b. In a slit between the second female mold 11 and the first layer resin like styrene foam is charged to form the second layer 4b of the outsole. The instep covering resin, the configuration of the first and second layers, material quality and color can freely be selected. Consequently the health performance and physical performance can be improved in addition to the multi- colorization.</p> |
