<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the structure of a tube which makes it difficult for an antistatic agent to adhere to the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape bonding surface of IC by replacing the existing transparent plastic mother member having its surface coated with the antistatic agent on the IC sliding surface of a tube with an electrically conductive plastic member. CONSTITUTION:A housing tube 1 is provided on a flat contacting surface 1a, on which IC 3 is slidably moved, with an electrically conductive plastic member 10 not requiring the application of an antistatic agent thereto instead of the conventional transparent mother member. By the use of such plastic member 10, the IC 3 is made free from the contamination with the antistatic agent.</p> |
