PURPOSE:To suppress bad effect on cooking owing to abrupt alteration of heating value of a heating coil by installing a controlling means to shorten the electricity application time to a switching device gradually as the temperature of the switching device with controls the electricity supply to the heating coil increases. CONSTITUTION:An output (a temperature signal) of a temperature detecting device 10 to detect the temperature of a switching device 9 in an inverter circuit which controls the electric application to a heating coil 6 and an output signal of an increasing and decreasing signal generating means 20 which repeats operations of decreasing the output after increasing the output are compared by a comparative means 20. Based on the output of the comparative means 20, the period of electric application to the switching device 9 is gradually shortened as the temperature of the switching device 9 increases. Consequently, the output of the heating of the heating coil 6 is gradually decreased and sharp alteration of the output of the heating of the heating coil is thus avoided. As a result, bad effects on cooking is prevented. |
