The present invention refers to a pressure reducing device for automatically regulating the downstream pressure of a gaseous fluid. The regulator device is characterised in that the releasing valve (12) rod (38) is directly coupled to a releasing membrane (10), and the sleeve-shaped tip (13) thereof is coaxially attached to the valve (38) and slideably mounted in a cylindrical-shaped structure (40) of the pressure reducing body (1). The present invention is applied in the regulation of gaseous fluids.
