PURPOSE:To enable a semiconductor switch to be controlled positively by providing first and second transistors and control signal output circuit for outputting a control signal for driving the first and second transistors. CONSTITUTION:When ON signal is output from a control signal output circuit 15, a transistor 14 is turned on and an inductance current IL flows to a ground side. When OFF signal is output from the control signal output circuit 15, the transistor 14 is turned off, the inductance current IL is sent to a base terminal of a transistor 11 as a drive signal IB, and the transistor 11 is turned on, and current is supplied from a DC power supply E1 to load 12. When the ON signal is output from the control signal output circuit 15 again, the transistor 14 is turned on, the inductance current IL flows to the ground side, and the pouring signal IB to the base terminal of the transistor 11 is interrupted, thus enabling the transistor 11 to be turned off. |
