PURPOSE:To improve distortion and band characteristics and to facilitate the impedance matching with a pre-stage circuit by devising the circuit so as to increase the load impedance of each transistor(TR) of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:When a high frequency signal is fed to input terminals E,F via a band pass filter, the signal is amplified by a differential amplifier comprising TRs Q5,Q6 and the result is outputted from each collector of the TRs Q5,Q6. The signal outputted from the TRs Q5,Q6 is fed to common emitter terminals 1,2 of a double balance mixer via impedance elements R5,R6. When a local oscillation signal is inputted to input terminals A,B, a mixture signal between a high frequency signal and a local oscillation signal is outputted from output terminals G,H by the nonlinear operation of the double balance mixer.
