PURPOSE:To mold a molded form having no surface deflection, core deflection, etc. and excellent accuracy by forming a plurality of gate ports for a resin liquid between a shaft-heat section inserting section and a recessed section forming an annular groove in close proximity to the shaft-head section inserting section. CONSTITUTION:Since a plurality of gate ports 20 for a resin liquid are formed between a shaft-head section inserting section 13, which is composed of a top force 10 having a runner 11 horizontally built in so as to guide the resin liquid, a sprue 12 hung down from the front end of the runner 11, the shaft-head section inserting section 13, which is shaped to the lower section of the sprue 12 and into which a shaft head section 15 is inserted, and a recessed section 18 forming an annular groove in close proximity to the shaft-head section inserting section 13 and a cavity 16 formed centering around the shaft-head section inserting section 13 and a bottom force 21 being joined with the top force 10 and having a shaft fitting section 22, and the recessed section 18, the resin liquid is flowed into the sprue 12 from the runner 11, the inside of the cavity 16 is filled with the resin liquid from a plurality of the gate ports 20, and the resin liquid is flowed uniformly from the center of the cavity 16 to the outside, thus forming a spindle hub 17. |
