PURPOSE:To provide the subject detergent containing lipase, sodium bicarbonate, an N-acylamino acid, a foaming agent, a pH-adjusting agent, etc., capable of removing clogs in a drain pipe and especially used, e.g. for a drain pipe of a kitchen system in a multiple dwelling house of a moderately high or high building and a drain pipe of a kitchen system of a building, etc. CONSTITUTION:An objective detergent containing (A) lipase in an amount sufficient to show 20-100mu fat-decomposition based on 1g material attached to a general drain pipe, (B) sodium bicarbonate as a swelling agent, (C) an N- acylamino acid as an enzymatic activity-retaining agent and (D) a foaming agent such as tartaric acid (sodium hydrogentartarate) and having 7-10 aqueous solution pH adjusted by using (E) a pH-adjusting agent such as sodium carbonate. |
