PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition containing an alkylsaccharide surfactant and an alkyl ether fatty acid salt, having high frothing performance and giving refreshing feeling when used for the cleaning of hair or skin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) an alkylsaccharide surfactant expressed e.g. by formula I (R1 is 8-18C alkyl, alkenyl or alkylphenyl; G is 5-6C reducing sugar residue; X is 2-4C oxyalkylene; p is 0-20; q is 1-10) and (B) an alkyl ether fatty acid salt expressed e.g. by formula II [R2 is 6-22C alkyl, alkenyl or alkylphenyl having 6-17C alkyl group; R3 and R4 are H, methyl or ethyl and at least one of them is H; A is O or S; B is 1-3C alkylene; M is alkali metal, alkaline-earth metal, ammonium or alkanolamine; r is 0-20]. |
