PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid pack containing a beverage raw material with excellent retainability and high extract efficiency for a beverage ingredient by a method wherein a beverage raw material stored and sealed in an internal container with good liquid- permeability is stored in an external container together with a liquid in such a manner that the raw material is infiltrated in water or a liquid such as edible water solution or aqueous emulsion, etc., and the external container is sealed. CONSTITUTION:An animal/plant base beverage raw material 1 is used in response to a degree of health promoting, or combining of two or more types, and when necessary, adding mineral base beverage raw material or other food raw material. Using the beverage raw material 1, a filter 4, an external container 5 and internal container 6, a liquid pack with beverage raw material is made. When water is used as a liquid 2, for the sake of work efficiency, if the beverage raw material 1 or the internal container 6 is stored first, and then water of a quantity by which an intended concentration of the product can be obtained is poured, the beverage raw material 1 or internal container 6 is easily infiltrated in the water, and is quickly settled down in the external container 5, and therefore, the next sealing process can be smoothly performed. The water to be used, particularly when hot water is used, closer the temperature of the hot water to the temperature of boiling water, air (O2) in the external container 5 after sealed is reduced and it is more effective for quality retaining. |
