<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject binder having excellent adhesiveness and useful as a coating agent, etc., by reacting a chlorinated PP having isocyanate group with a polyurethane having functional group such as hydroxyl group in the molecule and using the obtained chlorinated PP-modified polyurethane as essential component. CONSTITUTION:The objective binder is composed mainly of a chlorinated PP- modified polyurethane produced by reacting (A) a chlorinated PP having one or more isocyanate groups in one molecule (the chlorination degree is preferably 25-45) with (B) a polyurethane having one or more functional groups selected from hydroxyl group, primary amino group and secondary amino group (the molecular weight of the polyurethane is preferably 5,000-100,000). The reaction is carried out preferably at a weight ratio (A/B) of 15/85 to 50/50.</p> |
