PURPOSE:To reduce a harmonic over a wide frequency range sufficiently by providing a subordinate superconducting power storage device absorbing the harmonic generated by a main superconducting power storage device, in addition to this device. CONSTITUTION:A power is transmitted from a power station end part 5 to an AC-DC convertion device 9 through an incoming device 8. The power converted into a direct current therein is sent to a superconducting magnet 11 through a coil protecting device 10 and charged as a magnetic energy. Then, powers Pref and Qref to be charged on and discharged from a power system by a main power storage device 6 are calculated by an entire-system control panel 21 and a signal 22 thereof is sent to an element controller 14. Herein a PQ value of a PQ detector 12 is compared with the Pref and the Qref and a semiconductor element of an AC-DC converter 13 is switched ON or OFF so that the PQ value may approach values of the Pref and Qref. A subordinate superconducting power storage device 7 constructed of the same circuit elements as the main superconducting power storage device 6 described above is connected in series with the main storage device 6. According to this constitution, a harmonic by the main storage device 6 can be removed. |
