A skin care method using an applicator of a skin treatment device is provided to prevent a burn of the skin by cooling down a pair of electrodes generating high heat and exactly controlling the temperature of the electrodes. An applicator of a skin treatment device is composed of a housing(11); at least one electrode(14) disposed in the housing to generate high frequency; and a suction unit of which one end is joined to the housing, provided with a through-hole formed on the other end to come into contact with the skin and connected to the through-hole, wherein a portion of the electrode is inserted between the ends of the suction unit. The skin care method using the applicator comprises a step of sucking a portion of the skin to the inside of the through-hole by the suction unit and a step of stimulating the skin with high frequency through the electrodes, at the same time in performing suction by the suction unit.
