PURPOSE:To obtain an image having high resolution, high accuracy and high- definition and also to eliminate the excess of charge quantity at low temp. by adding a specific flowability improver to a toner and specifying the particle size distribution of the toner. CONSTITUTION:A resin particle incorporating a coloring agent whose volume mean particle size is 6-10mum, and a hydrophilic inorganic oxide as the flowability improver whose absolute value of a triboelectrically charged quantity with a carrier is <=20muc/g and the relative surface area is 30-200m<2>/g by a BET method and a hydrated inorganic oxide whose absolute value of a triboelectrically charged quantity with the carrier is >=50muc/g and the relative surface area by a BET method is 80-300m<2>/g, are added at 0.3-2wt.% to the resin particles incorporating the coloring agent. Thus the image having high- resolution and high accuracy is obtained and after the development, the transfer and the cleaning process are finished, the toner remaining on a charged body is reduced. |
